These terms are an agreement between you and FlipCarsAI ("we"). By creating an account or using FlipCarsAI you agree to them.

What FlipCarsAI is

FlipCarsAI finds used cars listed for sale on public marketplaces and estimates what they are worth. It is a research tool. We are not a dealer, broker or party to any sale, and we never contact sellers for you. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Facebook, KSL, Craigslist or any marketplace we search.

Values are estimates

Trade-in, private-party, retail and (on the Dealer plan) auction values, profit estimates, AI condition notes, translations and offer suggestions are estimates built from public listings and models. They can be wrong, and they are not appraisals or KBB, Black Book or Manheim figures. Inspect every car, check its title and history, and make your own decision. You are responsible for every purchase you make.

Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in private; one person per account. Don't resell or bulk-copy our data, scrape the service, or try to break it. We may suspend accounts that do.

Trial, billing and cancelling

New accounts get one free day. After that, paid plans renew month to month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] (and from your account page once online billing is live); you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. We'll tell you before we change a plan's price.

Text messages (SMS)

• Sign-in codes: if you sign in with your phone, we text you a one-time code each time you ask for one.
• Deal alerts: only if you turn on text alerts and tick the consent box. Message frequency varies with how many deals post in your area.
• Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop alerts, or HELP for help. You can also turn texts off in Settings.
• Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Listings belong to their sellers

Photos and descriptions belong to the people who posted them. We show them so you can evaluate a car, and we link back to the original listing. Marketplace names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to show where a listing came from.

No guarantee

The service is provided "as is" and may be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make using it, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; if a change is significant we'll tell you in the app or by email first. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
