Try it before you pay

Every plan starts with one free day. If it isn't for you, cancel before the day ends and you won't be charged anything.

Monthly plans

Plans are billed month to month. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you already paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund the unused part of a month.

When we do refund

• Forgot to cancel: if you were charged for a new month and haven't used the app since, email us within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full.
• Charged by mistake: double charges or charges after you cancelled are refunded in full.
• It didn't work: if the service was down for a large part of your month, ask us — we'll refund or credit the time.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the email or phone on your account. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
